Returns Policy.
All the items we produce are generally created on a "made-to-order" basis, regardless of their size. These products are commissioned by you, the customer. Due to the nature of the products and their intended use, refunds will not be processed for any reason other than the following:
Manufacturing Fault: If there is a manufacturing fault on the item, refunds will be accepted. While we conduct rigorous internal quality checks before sending out items, if a fault caused by ourselves is identified, we will issue a refund.
Cooling Off Period: As you, our customer, are purchasing an expensive item, we offer a 24-hour cooling-off period. After this period, your item will enter production, and no refunds will be accepted. You must contact us via email within the 24-hour window to receive a full refund.
Faulty Item: If you believe the item is faulty due to the manufacturing process, you must inform us within 1 week of receiving the item. Please notify us of the error by email and provide photographs along with an explanation of why you believe the product is faulty.
When we have agreed that the item is faulty, you will need to return the product to us in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of postage back to us. Upon receiving the item, we will refund the cost of the item and the postage cost (a valid copy of the postage payment will need to be provided).
Please note that any item sent back to us must be sent by recorded delivery with a signature required. Beyond Dominance or its parent company will not be held responsible for products that are lost in the post during return. We strongly advise that you fully insure any items you send back for the full value of the item, including postage.
We will not accept returns that have been damaged or mistreated by you, the customer.
Before sending you the product, we always photograph the item for our records.
If the package is damaged in transit, please do not accept it and instruct the courier to return it to us. Photograph the damage for both your and our records. If this occurs, please contact our support team at Beyond Dominance immediately.
