Shipping Terms

Our Timescales:

All items featured on our website are made to order, and we maintain minimal stock. This approach allows us to manage our internal costs efficiently and ensures that the products you receive are in the best possible condition.

Manufacturing Turnaround Timescales:

We collaborate with a select group of local suppliers to manufacture our equipment, and at times, we need to align with their production schedules. All our suppliers and partner businesses are located within a 15-mile radius of our company headquarters in the East Midlands, England, United Kingdom. We are conscious of the environmental impact of materials, and where feasible, we've aimed to reduce transportation distances. Every effort counts.

  • Small equipment (Paddles and Spreader Bars): 1 to 2 weeks manufacturing time + shipping

  • Medium equipment (Restraints): 3 to 4 weeks manufacturing time + shipping

  • Larger equipment (Furniture): 4 to 5 weeks of manufacturing time + shipping

We always strive to expedite these timescales whenever possible. Our goal is for you to enjoy your product as soon as possible.

Shipping Timescales:

All shipments within the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL. International shipments are generally handled by our preferred partners.

Upon the shipment of your item, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that all packages require a signature upon delivery, and they are discreetly packaged without branding.

Please be aware that any timescales provided do not account for potential delays in local customs offices. Beyond Dominance or its parent company cannot be held responsible or liable for such delays. Import taxes, duties in your country, or any additional local shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We are unable to provide advice on import tax matters.

Estimated Delivery Timescales based on Destination (Excludes Bondage Furniture Products):

  • United Kingdom: Expected delivery in 3 to 4 days from dispatch

  • Europe: Expected delivery in 5 to 7 days from dispatch

  • Worldwide: Expected delivery in 8 to 10 days from dispatch

Please note:

  • Orders received over the weekend will not be processed until the first working day (Monday).

  • Ensure that the delivery address you provide is likely to have someone available to receive the delivery, as this will expedite the process.

  • Please make sure to include a contact number when adding your details to the basket. This will allow us to reach you easily if there are any questions or updates regarding your order. This is also required for our Couriers to contact you if required.

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

  • During peak periods, such as Christmas or other national holidays, postal delays may occur. Please allow for extra delivery time during such periods before contacting us with delivery queries.

Bondage Furniture Products Only:

UK Customers:

Within the UK, we may use independent couriers or our preferred courier, DHL, for shipping our furniture products to you. Once your item is ready to ship and payment is made, your BDSM Furniture will be released for delivery. Please note that any shipping costs related to local delivery are passed on directly to you, the customer, and we do not profit from this service. Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your furniture item from our offices in the East Midlands if preferred.

International Customers:

Shipping quotes are obtained once your item is ready to ship, as shipping costs can vary in today's marketplace. We always aim to provide you with the best available quote for the day. Shipping may be by Air, Sea, or Road, depending on your destination. Sea freight is usually the most cost-effective but slower option, which can extend delivery times. Once your item is ready to ship and payment is made, your Bondage Furniture will be released for delivery. Similar to local shipping costs, any international shipping expenses are passed on directly to you, and we do not profit from this service.
